By accessing and using ARKHĒ OS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this service.
ARKHĒ OS grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the machines you personally own or control, for your own personal or business work, subject to these Terms of Service.
ARKHĒ OS is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription:
ARKHĒ OS includes a deliberate focus mode. When you start a locked session, the application takes over the screen, stays above other windows, and will not close until the session ends. If the session is interrupted, a lockout of up to 48 hours is written to disk and the application will refuse to start again until it expires. This is the product working as designed, and you should not buy it if that behavior is not what you want. Do not use focus lock on a machine you may need for urgent or safety-critical work.

All content, features, and functionality of ARKHĒ OS are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your work and artifacts remain your property.
ARKHĒ OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, for example by redistributing the software or attempting to defeat its licensing. If we terminate your access for any reason other than your breach, we will refund your purchase in full. We will not terminate a paid license simply because we prefer to.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.
