WHAT'S INSIDE

Six mechanisms.
Zero tolerance for noise.

01

ASSET CYCLE LOCK

Commit before you build.

Declare the asset type, define the success metric, set the time cap. Once locked, it cannot be changed. Ambiguity is the enemy. The system rejects vague intent before you start.

02

NOISE EXTRACTION

Strip everything that doesn't ship.

Dump every task you think you need. The system runs a 3-phase extraction: dump, filter, done. What survives is your critical path. Everything else is eliminated.

03

SYSTEMIZATION

Make it mechanical.

For each critical task, define a system type: checklist, script, or automation. You're not winging it. You're executing a process every single time.

04

TIMED BUILD SESSIONS

The clock starts. Nothing else exists.

War mode engages. A countdown begins. Your workspace opens. Sessions are bounded: 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Within that window, production is the only legal activity.

05

PROOF COMMIT

Output only. No effort logs.

When the session ends, you commit proof. Not what you tried. What you shipped. Specific, tangible, irreversible. If you leave with nothing, the session failed.

06

FORCED DETACHMENT

Recovery is part of the protocol.

The system locks you out at cycle end. No extensions. No one-more-thing. The exit is mandatory. You've produced. Now you recover. The cycle resets clean.

THIS IS:

  • A system that forces you to produce
  • A protocol that strips noise before you start
  • A clock that makes sessions real
  • Proof that you shipped something today

THIS IS NOT:

  • A project manager
  • A motivation tool
  • A community or accountability group
  • A place to plan indefinitely
